Unmute Your Message is a free five-week workshop series for Christian women entrepreneurs who are done blending in. Together we'll build one clear, bold message and carry it through every stage of your business, from the first scroll to the client who sends you her friends.
No pitch fest. Just five workshops where you'll actually learn something. At the end of each one, there's a warm invitation into Grow, with Elevate as an option if you want private one-on-one coaching.
Replays go to everyone who registers, so even if a Thursday is full, you won't miss a thing.
So why does your marketing sound like everyone else's?
Maybe you:

Here's the hard truth: vanilla doesn't offend anyone. It also doesn't move anyone.
"I finally stopped hiding behind generic posts. Within 3 weeks I was having regular DM conversations with women who said they felt like I was talking straight to them."
Stacey, Bookkeeper
GHL media: open Bible with coffee in soft morning light, hands resting, peaceful
The lie says wanting to grow is prideful. Speaking boldly is somehow un-Christlike. The "good Christian woman" keeps her head down and hopes someone notices.
But ambition was never the problem. Vain ambition is.
Paul didn't tell us to stop working. He told us to check our why. When your ambition is about serving the women God put in your path, speaking up is obedience.
Humble isn't meek. A humble woman knows exactly Who gave her the message, and that's why she won't sit on it.
Most messaging help stops at your bio and your posts. But your message has a job at every stage of the customer journey:
When one message carries all five, marketing stops feeling like five different jobs. It becomes one clear thread the right people can follow all the way to yes.
GHL media: woman writing one clear message on paper / whiteboard, bright and confident
GHL media: woman speaking / sharing in a small group of women, warm and bold
God didn't hand you a message so you could keep it safe. He handed it to you so it would reach someone.
And here's the freeing part: a faith-rooted business doesn't have to lead with Jesus in every post.
Look at Interstate Batteries. Faith is the foundation of that company, and it shapes how they treat customers, employees, and partners. They still sell batteries.
That's what we're building: a message so rooted in who you are that your values show up everywhere, even when you're talking about your products or services.
When you get this right:
For years, I worried about offending somebody. Anybody. A sponsor, a member, someone who didn't share my faith. So I sanded every edge off what I said, especially when it came to money and what we charged.
Don't talk about money too much. Don't sell too hard. Just... don't.
I remember one webinar where I softballed the whole thing. I taught, I smiled, and I never really invited anyone to anything. Nobody bought... surprise, surprise.
And I knew there were two women on that call who needed exactly what we were doing. They did become members eventually. But I cost them time, because I didn't clearly say how I could help or what I was offering.
After that webinar, something shifted in my brain: sales is service. The transformation happens in the transaction. If I didn't sell, the women I was called to serve never got the transformation they so desperately wanted and needed. My silence was keeping them stuck.
Today I lead NACWE, with 16+ chapters of Christian women entrepreneurs, and I coach some of those same women. Messaging and business building are what we do all day. I'm a math teacher at heart, so I teach this as a system you can repeat.

"I used to apologize for my prices and hide my faith. Heather helped me say what I do with confidence, package my offer, and I booked an $8000 contract the next week."

GHL media: large portrait of Heather Rosson, warm natural light, approachable
Heather Rosson is the President and CEO of the National Association of Christian Women Entrepreneurs (NACWE), which has been helping Christian women build businesses that align with their faith since 2010.
Before NACWE, Heather taught high school math and owned a moving box company. With degrees in applied mathematics and a master's degree, she brings a systems mind to business growth, and a heart for the women doing it.
She created the Business Baseline, the five-part framework behind this series: Get Visible, Get Leads, Create Sales, Deliver, and Retain. She's also the author of Blue Collar Executive, a book about her father.
Heather believes every Christian woman in business was created for it, and that the message God placed in you deserves to be heard.
